It used to work perfectly, but not anymore after last week. The file name changed, I belive time is showing 1/1000s of seconds now, but in more than 90% cases I'm getting an empty file with the name activity_0.csv. If I try to open or reopen Connect windows or switch tabs, all of a sudden I am getting a normal export with a name like 'activity_1386643168.csv' which actually does not make much sense, it does not contain event a timestamp. But I don't care much about the name, Garmin, please fix it!
