I am looking for help, I bought a Garmin VivoActive HR and created a account on my mobile device (iPhone 6 Plus) using the Garmin Connect Mobile App. I have the watch paired to my phone and the app works great. I wanted to sign in to the website on my lab top to use the additional tools, like setting up routes, maps and what not. When I logged in it did not pair up to my account I already had even though I used the same email address. It asked for a username, when I typed in the one I used and show in my profile on my phone it says the name is already used. Which makes sense....but why will the website not show my information? I am looking for some help.
It sounds like you were trying to setup your account a second time on the web which would be unnecessary. Just try logging in rather than setting up an account.
