Pair Garmin Swim activity with MacBookAir

Hi,
I just bought a Garmin Swim watch, and I cannot find how to pair my device with my MacBook Air laptop.
My USB ant+ plug is plugged in and I have set my watch to enable pairing.
Can anyone help me out please ?

You'll need to install Garmin Express
