Activity Manual Entry

I was taking a cycling class and turned the indoor cycle activity on. I thought I hit start, but apparently I did not. Durning class I just monitor my heart rate using the zone chart and it was doing that so I didn't notice I neglected to start the app.
When I go to Connect and manually enter the activity how do I link it to my heart rate? My heart rate was monitored, you can see it it in the charts. I want to say for this time durning my day I was doing this activity and the data my watch records should be imported into that activity.....
Is there a way to do this that I just don't know about?
I have a vivoactive HR

Can you export the HR data from the app you're using and manually import into Garmin connect? From there you should be able to add the indoor cycling data.

I don't think you can. It seems to me there is a presupposition behind your question that you ought to validate first.

I am sure if you read the rest of my question I did say "if this can be done"
I apologize for thinking at first that we should be able to go into our heart rate data and say 'durning this time I was doing this activity' and use the data in a manual entry. I mean the device was collecting the data, so it is there. I did not intend to cause you any offense with supposition, which I clarified at the end might not be possible, but didn't actually rewrite my whole question.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question in condescending way.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have not tried to export the HR data. I am guessing it will take the data from the whole day, and maybe there will be a way to remove the time before and after the class and I can upload the corrected file. I will look into it.
