Use Garmin Express Offline

Hi,
I would like to know if is there a way to check my workouts even when the pc is offline.
More precisely I would like to know how I could download the workouts to the pc.

Verified on a Windows laptop that Garmin's download links for Training Center redirect to a page that has a download link for Express but not TC.

Why embarrassing? They stopped anything to do with GTC years ago. Same goes for ANT Agent and Garmin Communicator. All input to Garmin Connect is now via Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile to Garmin Connect

multiple options

i use a online tool on tapiriik.com which syncs (if you donate / also automatically) your data to another service... for example dropbox as .tcx file
from there you need to use google and find a programm which is able to work with you .tcx file
.
i use rubitrack on my mac (which also hooks into garmin connect) and can download the files on it´s own.

Why embarrassing?

Because they are unable to update their websites and clarify, what is a fact.

How can I keep a German website online, promising a download of a software, that is no longer available, which you will find out after being redirected to an US site?!

Indeed...

Garmin Express cannot work without an internet connection which is a HUGE regression from ANT+.
If you are on trip for several days without Internet... you cannot save your route.

This is way I kept ANT+, an old Wahoo key and a very old version of wahoo software : doing like that I can trek weeks in the himalayas with my 310XT and save the file on my iphone... without internet ! With a solar charger I can do that for weeks...
