Connect down again

For my taste I see this "sorry, down for maintenance" too often.

Besides that I can't sync my VAHR to GCM, which seems to be related.

Hey, Garmin, ever heard of high availability for web services?

Embarrassing

Still down for me, in the UK.

DOWN means, the website is not available at all or shows maintenance notification. In your case it loads, but isn't fully functional, which is a difference.

Did you try deleting the browser cache? Which browser do you use?

For me it works fine today on iPad's Safari.
  • UK issue as well

Just in case helpful, also not working for me in the UK. Has anyone managed to connect (no pun intended) with Garmin Support?
  • Connect down for me too

The dashboard has been down for 24 hours for me too. I am in the US PST. I see the home page and the help page, but my dashboard is a few lines of text. There is no indication that anything is being worked on.
Has anyone had any information about when this will be fixed?

Solution to Garmin Connect not displaying property OSX

    • Click on Safari and select Preferences from the Menu
    • Select the Privacy tab and locate the Manage Website Data button
    • Serach for "Garmin" in the search field
    • Remove the files
    • Quit Safari and start it again
    • Visit Garmin Connect, which should now appear as normal

    I hope this helps others.

There isn't a general problem so simply waiting for it to be fixed may not help you. Connect hasn't been down for me this week at all, although clearly some people are having errors with their systems. If clearing the cache etc as posted above doesn't help them contact Product Support by phone so they can look specifically at your issue.

Had this problem for the past two days.

    - Tried logging out and back in - didn't fix it.
    - Tried clear cache in Google Chrome browser - didn't fit it.
    - Just deleted Cookies in Google Chrome browser and it worked.

Go to browser options in top right corner ...
    - More tools
    - Clear browsing data
    - tick "Cookies and other site and plug-in data"
    - tick "Cached images and files"
    - click Clear Browsing Data

    Try Garmin Connect again
  • Connect not loading in browser

I'm having issues with Connect now displaying correctly on my browser. It's the the same with Chrome and Firefox, and across multiple PC.'s

    I've tried clearing cache/cookies, and disabled add-ons. Didn't help.

    Are there general issues?

Update: Only saw this now.. issues for many other UK users as well.
