Garmin Connect for Mac

Couple of issues I am having and wondering if anyone could enlighten me:
Cannot see heatmaps on courses maps in UK or still unable to use an activity to turn to a segment
How do I turn an activity to a course, I have done this before but seem unable to find anything on screen to do this.

I don't think heatmaps work in the UK

Segments should be available in the individual activity window provided the activity is running or cycling. Click on the Segments header below the graphs and the option to create a segment will appear.

To turn an activity into a course, click the gear icon (top right) in the window for the activity and select "Save as a course" from the drop down.
