Unable to change my dashboard

This happened recently. The plus sign on the top right has disappeared and when I click on the icons on the left the menus don't appear.

Any suggestions?

Did you disable or block JavaScript (for the Garmin Connect site, or more generally) in your browser settings? Have you newly installed any extensions or add-ons to your browser?
