Connect a Little Shaky This Morning (Sept 20)

Not working for me.

Told me I had to change my password because my current one didn't conform to their new standard, but they didn't say what that is. Tried a new password, that wasn't compliant, but this time they said why.

So, now I have a complex new password, and can't see a thing on the connect screen.

Both the app and site are down for me as well.

Site and app (iOS) are both non-functional. groin

Mine is working fine.

It's been off and on all day but working now.

Everyone! I just spoke to customer support, they said the problem will go away if I hard-reset the internet, re-install my PC's operating system and buy a new iPhone.

They forgot to tell you to turn widdershins for 4.6 revolutions, jump and down for 5 minutes, then buy a new computer.

BTW, all been working good up here in Aus.

Sometimes things work better upside down... or maybe Australia is the right way up and the rest of the world is upside down?

Working fine here in the UK too ... maybe it's a Commonwealth thing ;)
