How do I import a GPX to my Courses?

Please excuse the newbie question. I have searched and cannot find a straight answer.

Prior to heading off on hol's to Mallorca, I've downloaded a bunch of good loooking courses in GPX format. How do I get them into my Courses? I have an Edge Touring if that makes any difference.

    You can't import courses directly. You can only create a course automatically from an activity (you can create a course manually if you wish). If you import your GPX file as an activity, you can then create a course from it - then delete the activity! A rather clumsy work around but a way round your problem.

    Hi

    Connect to a PC or Mac. Navigate to Garmin>New Files
    Drag the gpx files to that folder.
    Eject device
    Turn on device
    GPX files will now be in Courses
