Recovery stats & status

I currently have a Polar M400. About to swop to either Forerunner 235 or 735 - haven't decided. One of the things I like about Polar is the recovery status. Is there anything like this on connect? I believe the watches have something, but given I also record some sessions on an Edge 810 it needs to be through Connect. Thanks

On device, yes. On Connect, no.

On my old Polar watch there were 2 types of recovery stats: How much does your heart rate recover after a particular time or How long does it take bvefore your heart rate recovers to a certain value.

Garmin's is only the first option after 2 minutes. It appears on the watch and apparently is in the FIT file but, as TrippyZ says, it's not in Connect. I generally record it in the notes section.
