Save Button Disappears When Editing Course

When first editing an existing course, the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons are at the top.
Once you start editing, they disappear.
You work on a course for 20 minutes, get it just right, then realize there's no way to save it!

Am I missing something?
Can you please fix this?

I think you may find that the frame containing the map etc just jumps up a bit and hides the save etc behind the dark blue Connect header. If this is the case, you only need to scroll up to show the top of the frame.
