Not Syncing Correctly?

I have been syncing my Vivofit according to the manual, but Garmin Connect refuses to display any information from the last week and a half. Garmin Express shows that it last checked today at the right time, but above where it says that, after "Your Queue" it says "Synced" followed by a date a week and a half ago. Is there something I need to do to get the information to update correctly? Do I just need to contact Garmin and have them fix the problem?
