Garmin 610 won't upload

Hi Everyone,

For the last couple of months my Garmin 610 hasn't been able to upload my run data. I have tried:

+ Using both the antenna and wired connections
+ A soft and hard reset of the device
+ Unpairing the device from garmin express (it won't now re-pair)
+ Reinstalling Garmin Express and retrying the above

I've now run out of ideas and can't find any other suggestions on the forum. If anyone has any thoughts they'd be gratefully received.
