My garmin vivoactive record my sleep data. Where can I specify how many hours of sleep I need minimum? Garmin vivoactive counts the minutes that I'm awake during the night, mostly 30-40minuten, at my total sleep time. This is not correct. That's why I want to change my minimum number of hours of sleep I need a night.

    You can't set a minimum sleep time, only when you usually go to bed and get up in the morning. But that doesn't help ... Garmin sleep tracking is pretty bad. But Garmin calculates 8 hours as the sleep goal in Connect (Mobile). This is a fixed calculation, that can't be modified.

    My Vivoactive HR can't compete with my wife's Fitbit Charge HR, when it comes to sleep tracking. The Fitbit is much more precise in sleep detection.
