Cannot upload

Nothing uploads, don't know why. Very bad problem. Trying to keep track of my workouts, nothing will upload.

also cannot upload

tried uploading yesterday's workout from Forerunner 920XT. Nothing appears, tried via usb and via bluetooth to phone. On the watch, the mileage total appears under History - Totals. But under History - Activities, it shows "no activities saved".

The same for me, comes up with an error

I can't upload today's activity to either my phone or my computer. When I try to pull it from my computer, it comes up with this error:

I don't want to lose this activity! How do I fix this. I use a Forerunner 25.
