How to correct start point in activity (due to GPS delay)?

Hi,
there are many times when I start with an activity and GPS locks the location after a while (e.g. after 15-90 sec).

When analyzing an activity on the Garmin Connect, I would like to move the start point to the correct point. I've not been able to find a way to do that, yet. Any suggestions?

Yes, my solution is to start the activity 30 sec before the real start, in this manner I do not find delay and position mistakes, I suppose the best solution.
