Forerunner 235 - Wrong time and Date

Time and date suddenly goes wrong. Pls help. Need Reset ?

Have you tried connecting to GPS? This will insure the time is correct and probably set the date too.

In my case I noticed that settings were not synchronized correctly among Garmin Connect, Express and FR 235. When I set settings on my watch, they were just overridden by settings on Connect or Express. This happened only if I was synchronizing the device settings (i.e. not during synchronization of activities).
I didn't explore this in greater depth but realized that I have to set and change settings at only one of these places.
