Ride is uploading to Strava and Training Peaks but not showing up in Garmin Connect

Similar issues being seen here. I have Garmin Connect setup to send to Strava and Training Peaks, and that works fine. However, although the data is passing through Garmin Connect, the ride itself is not shown in activities in Garmin Connect. This is being observed after the 7.1 firmware upgrade to my Edge 520.

I cannot manually upload the .FIT file either. The progress indicator just spins. If I try to upload an old file then it says the file is already uploaded so something appears to be stuck somewhere.

Using Garmin Express I get "There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect". This is even though the activity went from the Edge 520 through to Training Peaks and Strava (via Garmin Connect).

Garmin's server/database is hosed right now... there is a "status" page at the bottom of the GC website page that shows 'issues'

If you wait until things are 'green'.... it might show up (check activity list...not feed or reports)

or just try frequently, export the file out of strava or MMR, etc... then import manually into Garmin.

Still not working - even though the status is green

Thanks for the link but I had checked that before posting; it was all green.
Whatever issues they had have been "resolved" as everything is now green again.
However, still having the same issue.

Whatever issues they had have been "resolved" as everything is now green again.
However, still having the same issue.

I have a brand new Edge 520. Do you recommend I have the strava file upload from Garmin Connect or from Garmin Express? If from Connect, from the mobile device or from the regular software. I have enabled the bluetooth to my phone, which I also carry with me on my rides. Thx
