Time Zone difference Forerunner 305 -> GC

Hi,

Time zone in FR305 is set to Europe Central.
Time zone in GC is set to (GMT +01:00) Central European Time.
I am located in Denmark.

When uploading activites to GC from a specific location, they are displayed in (GMT +01:00) West Africa Time.

When uploading activites to GC from a another location, they are displayed in (GMT +01:00) Central European Time.
Example: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/1320347333

It's the same route, just with opposite starting point.

How can that be and how do I fix it?

I'm curious to know if this was ever explained?

Since 19th July, my timezone for all activities (Edge 1030 and Fenix 5+) has changed to "West Africa Time", which honestly makes no great difference, but as I'm in the UK it's a little illogical for the timezone not to be "Western European Time" as it had been for more than 5 years before that.

And I don't see any reason why it suddenly changed.
