How does this happen?
I go to the gym / out for a run. Complete the activity, Save it, and exit the particular App.
The watch then says 'Updating', but my phone is in the house, and Wifi and Bluetooth are disabled anyway.
Yet, when I log into Garmin Connect, low and behold the activity is there... what's slightly more concerning is, Strava appears to have received the same update from Endomondo, and both have posted it to Facebook!!!
I'm all for a connected world... but I would love to understand how this works!!
