I log daily tracks on my Fenix 3 so that when I return from a trip I can download the tracks into Lightroom and geotag my photos.
This process is not as easy as it should be.
1). The tracks when exported to downloads (I'm on a Mac) are given the name "activity_number". This information is completely useless for purposes of determining the date or location of the the created track. Was it generated in Scotland? Was it generated in Wales? What is the date of the track? There is no way to know unless you open up the track which is a very time consuming procedure when you have over 30 of them.
Since we can name the track in connect, why can't the export be named the same as that of the activity? Or, even better, the date plus the activity name?
2). Having to do 30 exports of single day tracking events is tedious. It would be really nice if one could export (and combine) multiple days into one gpx track.
