updating my forerunner 220

Hi,
I have on my computer Pc , an update available for my forerunner 220, but I cannot uptate and if I check on the site, it tells me my forerunner is updates but I still have the old upgrades 3.10. As the new one is 6.10. I have a message telling I can upload the new one but when I do, nothing happen
Please help
