Garmin and training peaks connectivity

Training peaks tells me my account is synced with my Garmin account but no data ever seems to transfer over. I have been doing it manually up until now but getting frustrated that it is not automatic. This has been an on going problem for a number of months. My Garmin account has no problem syncing with strava. Any help greatly welcomed.
  • have you checked in garmin connect that trainingpeaks is connected correct? it should be seen under head and shoulders and then account,along with strava and other synced accounts
    otherwise try to delete the connection and then add it again
