Vivosmart HR+ losing sync and data overnight

Hi all, I've had my VSHR+ for a couple of weeks now but twice it has lost sync overnight for some reason.

During the morning I load the Garmin app on my android phone to look at yesterdays data and see how well I slept last night. But twice the device has refuses to sync in the morning with the app. I have to play around with the app settings, the device settings, and manually unpair/re-pair the device via the Bluetooth settings on my android several times before it will successfully re-sync.

The first time this happened all my data was fine, but today it happened again. I noticed in the morning that the app was not syncing with the device, but I was running a little late for work so I didn't attempt to re-sync the device until later on that day (assuming all my data was still being recorded). During the afternoon a spent 15 minutes to finely sync it again, but all my data from last night and everything up to the point of the re-syncing was gone.

The strange thing is, I still have a total step and active calorie count but no actual data or sleep details from before the re-sync.

Iv also noticed that the Garmin connect website has been very unresponsive for me today, taking an unusual amount of time to load my data. With errors like "We're sorry, this feature didn't load quite right.", "No sleep data, yet.".

I was hoping that the garmin data servers are just having some lag issues and all my data will come back :), or could it be that my device has uploaded some corrupt data maybe?

So, is this a common problem with an easy fix?? I'm worried this is going to become a constant problem??
