I received .tcx files from friends all the time. I am attempting to import those files to Garmin Connect. I believe I am going through the correct process but I keep getting the failure message "Undefined". Anyone else have this problem and do you know the solution to get files from the computer to Connect? Jeff K

Yes, I have the same problem and posted about it just 3 days ago. I got this same totally uninformative error message on .tcx files, and a somewhat longer, but equally useless error message when using the .gpx file form. I am not sure if it relates to the size of the file. Seems to be the case for .gpx files. Are these from runs? If yes, do you know how long those have been? The files I try to import are the tracks for ultras I want to participate in, ie fairly large files.
