Segment Details

I uploaded a run yesterday that I know crossed some segments. As expected when I look at the details of run it shows 3 segments in the blue circle next to the segments tab. However when I click the segments tab there are no details on those segments (Rank, Name, Time etc). Screenshot below to show what I mean. The previous day I did the same route and the segments show up correctly. Anyone got any ideas why the segment details don't appear? Thanks.

I'm having a similar problem, I have several cycling activities that cross the same segment but only 1 of those activities is showing the time for the segment. Previously, I was able to see times for all activities that crosses that segment. All these activities have been unlocked so I don't see why only one has segment details and the other just show 00:00 (for example).

Garmin segment matching seems to be very sensitive to minor GPS variations. This is particularly problematic if the data use for the original segment is a little bit "off".
By comparison, Strava matching is much more tolerant to the extent that it is even possible to get a time on a segment on a road parallel to the one you are actually on!

    a solution?

    Hello.

Is there a solution for is problem?

I take exactly the same way and it is incomprehensible that the GPS does not recognize this.
I'm really disappointed because I can not compare my bike outings.

    Sorry for the bad english.

I have got so frustrated by the problems with Garmin Segments that I use Strava as well as Garmin Connect (Strava just for segments really)
