510 will not sync to my cell

My 510 refuses to sync to my cell .
It appears to be a simple enough process , go to the Bluetooth area on the Garmin , push connect to cell
and watch the spinning wheel spin ...and spin...and spin.
NOTHING .
Could some one run me through the process here in case Im missing something ?

Was this previously connected to this cell? If so delete it from connect and then re-establish...should work then
