Intensity Minutes after last Firmware update

After last firmware update my intensity minutes are still at 0 minutes even though I spent two hours dancing where my heart rate was above 120. Does anybody have the same problem?

I am experiencing the same issue as well as steps not counting

I work out twice a day, once at noon and again at 6pm. For some reason the intensity minutes is only downloading the 6 pm workout since the last update. I also did 2.6 miles on the treadmill and my step count was only 6000. something is definitely wrong with the update. I submitted a ticket to support.
  • Same issues here. For instance, I ran today 10km, with an average of between 145.150bpm and all if fine in Garmin Connect, except the intensity minutes. It shows 0!

    Edit: Using a FR630, FW 5.20

    Same with me

I also find it odd that now my watch can detect I am cycling (as I can see on my daily timeline) it doesn't show up on the cycling page on the app

Cycling detected by MoveIQ? If so, any activity detected will only show up on your timeline / calendar. You must specifically record your cycling in order for it to show up in cycling section.

  • On the other side of the issue, I have Intensity minutes for Wednesday when my only activity was swimming, and I do not wear a HRM while I swim. Also, I have a few intensity minutes for today, and Fridays are my 100% rest day.

I have the opposite problem: suddenly my intensity minutes are doubling - recording a much higher heart rate than is true and therefore pushing my IM into the highest band and giving me double minutes. And it seems to be resetting to 0 every day instead of once a week.
