Recovery Time in Garmin Connect

Why is the recovery time of an activity not saved as metadata and displayed in Garmin Connect? This would be very helpful, eg the ability to display your next possible work out time according to recovery advisor. Or have I simply missed something?

If not, that's at feature request on my behalf :-)

Thanks,
Andreas.

I agree with you. I also miss this feature. According to my little experience, it is a very helpful tool, which fits with what I personally experience. I also miss this parameter in Garmin Connect, to use it more systematically.

Me too. I understand the need for the app to have been synced with the device, but it would be a useful and interesting addition to the connect app.

  • What exactly do you mean by the "recovery time"? If you mean the time you did not move during the Activity, then you get it simply by deducing the Moving Time from the Elapsed time shown on thab Stats.

Or do you rather wish that the watch tells you how long you should rest for the optimal recovery after the Activity?
