GC dashboard not working on PC

For the last few days, the GC connect dashboard hasn't been coming up for me on my laptop. I get sidebars and links, but just a blank area for the dashboard itself - none of the usual panes.

I'm used to this error happening periodically, but a reload (or three) always takes care of it. That's not happened since this weekend - it stays stubbornly blank.

I've tried under multiple web browsers and found the same behavior.

Anyone else seeing this error?

Have you tried signing out of Garmin Connect online and then signing back in?

Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

Mine stopped working as of today, after working fine yesterday. I have tested with two separate machines on two separate networks using IE and Chrome with no luck. The usual clearing of caches and cookies, etc, has no effect. One user has gotten around the issue by using the Disconnect extension for Chrome, but I'm unable to duplicate his success.

I've opened a ticket with Garmin in the meantime, but I'm suspecting it'll be resolved by the time they get around to my ticket, or they'll blame it on my laptop/browser/settings/network, etc.
