Garmin Connect and app does not recognize available update

Hey all

Just bought a vivosmart hr+ a few days ago.
For some reason i cant update my firmware. i have the 2.4v and both connect and app does not show any updates available.
I understand there is a 3.4 version?
Any sugestions?

Software version 2.40 is the latest update for the vivosmart HR +. You can find more information about this software version in this thread:
