Help me.
I have not transferred data from my Garmin 310XT to Garmin Connect since March this year and have a large amount of data on my device that I do not want to lose.
Before attempting to transfer the data I checked all the software versions were updated.
I then tried to transfer the data today and I am receiving error messages.
I have disconnected my 310XT from Connect and re-paired it to see if that works.
I have also deleted all my data from the 310XT prior to March this year as all this data has previously been transferred without any problems.
Once I re-paired the device it seemed to start downloading to approx 40% and then stopped with an error message.
Now, when I re-try the transfer, it stops immediately.
I activated the "Transfer all data" option on the 310XT but still cannot get past the 40% downloaded mark.
As it stops at 40% - none of the data appears on my Garmin Page. It is really frustrating.
It's almost as if, there is one activity on my 310XT that is corrupt and will not transfer. But how do I locate the correct activity and delete it.
I might be wrong, but can anyone else offer some help or tips that I can try to retain my info?
I don't want to have to reset my 310XT if I can help it.
