device software version not correct

How long does it take Connect to correctly reflect the fact that my VSHR+ software updated today? It did it on it's own this evening and is now 2.40, but Connect still shows 2.20. It's been synced multiple times with both my Windows phone and Garmin Express, but still isn't updating.
  • Have you tried force closing Garmin Connect Mobile or logging out and logging back in again to see if that clears it up?

    I hadn't, but I have now. Still showing 2.20. I guess mostly it's probably just an annoyance, I'm just wondering if there's some impact I haven't seen yet due to Connect thinking it's communicating with a different software version.
  • don't know what happened, but some time over the weekend it must have updated because yesterday evening it correctly showed 2.40.

    Different software versions showing on Vivosmart HR & Garmin Express

    How long does it take Connect to correctly reflect the fact that my VSHR+ software updated today? It did it on it's own this evening and is now 2.40, but Connect still shows 2.20. It's been synced multiple times with both my Windows phone and Garmin Express, but still isn't updating.



    My Vivosmart shows version 3.30 on the device, but the Garmin Express App on my mac shows Version 3.4, yet it says it is up to date???? Have resynced several times and shut down the app and turned it back on.
