Steps not showing on connect

My steps have not been showing on Garmin Connect since July 17th,2016 (it is August 2nd today). The device indicates it is synced but nothing showing on steps.
I deleted Connect from my I-Phone 6S and reinstalled. Deleted and Reinstalled my Vivosmart. Turned off and then on the Bluetooth. Not sure what's going on. Any other suggestions?

    My steps are counted but

    even though they are recorded Step Details shows no date and says "Please sync for latest step data"
    It stopped working in late July, worked on 8/3 and 8/4. stopped working again.

    Anything similar to this?
