I'm working on creating a decent workout :D
What is the difference between those three? (look in the title)
What is the difference between those three and "Easy run"?
If the activity is "Run" then I automatically think that I need to run (or at least jog). Does "Rest" between intervals mean I need to stop? But that would ruin Running stats etc etc.
Or are those Warm up, Rest etc. are completely up to me and my understanding of the warm up and rest pace?
