Since 28 July GC has stopped showing the Time, HR and Temp (from Tempe) graphs when I have sync'd my Fenix (original). So on GC I don't have all the information on speed, averages etc but the data is still available on the Fenix so I think this is a GC issue. Does anyone know a fix?
You are experiencing and issue where some of the data is missing from Garmin Connect. This is happening with primarily reports of TCX and GPX files. The graph data is missing when 'Over Time' is selected. If you 'Over Distance' the data will appear, but the time data will not display until the Garmin Connect team resolves the issue.
Since the original fenix uploads data in the GPX format, that is why you are currently seeing this issue.
