Missing Pace graph in Garmin Connect for Running Activity

Love my Forerunner 405. Used standard background program with the "stick" to upload activities until it no longer would connect to Garmin Connect, so I switched to the new Garmin Express. Seems to work OK, but the activity no longer has a Pace graph; not even an option for it. Also, both the Elevation and Heart Rate graphs are empty in the "Over Time" mode. When I switch to "Over Distance" I can see the Elevation and Heart Rate graphs, but still no Pace graph.

The Splits seem to work OK, so the data is there but is just not displayed in the graph.

Any ideas?

    It's happening the same to me (I've got a Forerunner 305). I really hope it's not a problem of my garmin but a temporary Garmin Connect's issue :(

    There is currently an issue with TCX and GPX files not displaying all the information correctly in Garmin Connect. This issue has been escalated to the Garmin Connect team for further investigation and resolution.

    The Forerunner 405 and Forerunner 305 are some of the devices that upload data in one of these file formats.

    This issue is also being discussed in this thread: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?357331-Time-data-from-gpx-files-not-seen-by-GC

    We do apologize for any inconvenience.

    Thanks for the updates. Moreover I've just discovered that not only the new ones but also some of the activities uploaded in the past are now not properly displayed (pace graph missing and both the Elevation and Heart Rate graphs empty in the "Over Time" mode).
    Hope a quick fix... :(
  • The root cause of this issue has been determined and a fix was recently deployed to Garmin Connect to resolve this issue with any files uploaded moving forward.

    Any previously uploaded files that were displaying incorrectly, can be exported in the original format (Export Original) and then re-uploaded to the account. Please let us know if you are still encountering issues. Thank you.

    @SJT70
    Just uploaded a brand new activity with my Forerunner 305. The issue seems finally fixed, all the graphs are correctly shown.
    As per your suggestion, I've also re-exported and re-uploaded all those previously uploaded files that were displaying incorrectly: they are now correctly shown too.
    Thanks a lot for your help!
