What happened to Segments?

Yesterday when I clicked on Segments, connect would give me a list of all the segments that I had completed along with a list of other's times on those segments. Today (7/31/16), all those segments seem to have gone away. Even if I search for nearby segments, none of those previous segments are found. What's up?

    Just wish Garmin would be more upfront with its customers.

    Segments have been completely missing since Sunday 7/31/16. This does not seem to be an intermittent problem due to high volume. I would hope that Garmin would fix the problem as quickly as possible (revert to the old system?) or would update the status page with something more accurate.

    +1 segments have not been available at all to me since Sunday 7/31/16.
    That is not an intermittent problem.

    Could you please wake-up and fix this issue with "Segments"? It's been a week since it stopped working. If the problem is "Due to high volume". You might consider adding more resources to it.

    Segments are back

    Thanks..segments are back at least for me. It was down for a week but seems to be fixed now.

    segments still checking since months wthout results

    Hi to everybody. As a beginner, in the last months I produced some segments. As I want to look for the results, it says something like "...still checking....".
    I see, I appear in segments of other people, segments containing also my segments, but my segments are still empty! Where could be the problem?

    It might just be slow to populate the "leaderboard" of results.

    If you go to an activity in your activity list where you crossed that segment, then it should show that you crossed that segment regardless of the results.

    So first go to the detailed view for that activity, scroll down to the bottom and look for "segments" and click on the word "segments", and is should show all the segments that you crossed, or else tell you that you did not cross any segments. If the segment that you created does not show up then something went wrong. If the segment is there but not populated with results, then just exit and check back later. Good luck. Segments were gone for a week, so there might be some backlog to repopulate everything.
