Garmin Syncing Problems

I am having probs syncing Garming
It wouldn't sync to Strava and I read that if i deleted ride on garmin and re-sync it, it would sort it
Now my Garmin wont even sync the new ride.
It syncs but the new ride which shows on my device, doesn't transfer
Any ideas ?

it looks like Garmin is currently down. My run this morning also didn't sync with Strava. Strava was also having issues earlier this morning.

It synced originally and says it has synced but the last ride is not re-syncing
