Same here. Got back from a run just over an hour ago, recorded on my Fenix 3 and with livetrack on in GCM throughout. The run appeared on GC straight away, but after half an hour was still not on Strava. I've just manually uploaded the .fit file to Strava, which does work. So definitely something not quite right with the GC to Strava link at the moment. I've also noticed there's no activities today from anyone I'm following on Strava; which is odd for a Sunday and good weather here in UK (I think most have Garmin devices.....).

Tried to reach Garmin Support (here https://support.garmin.com/support/sw/details ) - cannot send a request.
Placed a request to Strava as well (they promice 24-hr response time for premium users).
This morning's run does not appear on strava. Connection is active, worked fine nine months fine so far. No changes intentionally made. Garmin Forerunner 620.
Published it to Garmin Support (email) https://support.garmin.com/ Btw - that does not work in Chrome, if someone plans to use it - use Internet Explorer instead.
I think the more requests (from different countries) the faster it will be fixed.
It turned out that my run is there in strava already for 2 hours (so it took around 2-3 hours to appear there) - at lease I judge based on the time of the first comment to that run. But strava mobile app had not notified me yet that "Your run is ready", and there was no notifications on comments or kudos notifications.
So it might be (and looks like if it is) on strava side, not Garmin (which is a bit of surprize since we are sort of used to blame on Garmin :) ) Or both - since garmin connect online does not look to work fast (my dashboard just fails to load).
They both do look somewhat dead to me as well. Connect is showing my activities for today, but trying to load the detail page for an activity fails. Further, strava doesn't see these activities yet.
Strava, however, also seems to be struggling because if I try to manually load a *.fit file via their site, it is stuck in "Queued".
Maybe their sites are effectively DoSing each other at the moment :)

So in my case the Upload function is working again without any modifications made by me. Also the "your run is ready" notification came up. Delay was about 15 to 20 hours ( I slept during that time).
