Import Tracks to Garmin Connect

Hi all,

I have created tracks on gpsies and saved them as gpx or tcx file. In order to get those tracks to Garmin Connect I was unsuccesfully looking for a import function in Garmin Connect in the track section. Can anybody help me on this? May be I missed something.

The manual import button is in Activities. There is help for Connect here https://connect.garmin.com/en-US/help/how-to/
