Device still registered for another user in Garmin Connect

Hi,

yesterday I pruchased a brand new vivoactive HR, only used 1 day by another person.
The problem is that I'm able to make ir the main activity tracker from GC mobile but not from Garmin Connect web/devices, as getting a message like: Device registered for another account. Associate again from Garmin Express or mobile.

I was performing a hard reset and trying to remove 2 times the device from Garmin Express, but still the same issue. I see inside myGarmin the device properly associated to my account but maybe the previous user still have inside his Garmin Connect the device as well.

Any idea how to fix that?
