Hi All,
I've purchased a second-hand Truswing, installed Garmin Connect Mobile and it works on the iPhone 6S, but having the following issues:
1. The Swing Analyize won't save on the phone. I can only see my swings today, and the next day is gone.
2. The swing data won't sync/show on computer via Garmin Connect.
What I have done is ask the previous owner to remove the devise from his Garmin Connect. Removed and re-install Garmin Connect Mobile again and set up/add Truswing again...but it still won't work...
I tried to contact Garmin customer service in Taiwan but it's already over 10 days, and have no solutions at all...
Any help will be appreciated!
