I've had activities the last couple of days that are being identified as differing intensities despite being the same activity with similar numbers.
Indoor cardio (bike)
Day 1 - Avg HR=126, maxHR=155 - Identified as vigorous intensity
Day 2 - Avg HR=125, maxHR=155 - Identified as moderate intensity
So does avg HR have to be greater than 125 to be vigorous? Or anyone know the actual criteria?
