In Garmin Connect how can I identify which workout were recorded by what device? I need to find/delete all workouts recorded by my 310XT

It clearly shown for each activity. Can't you see it in Garmin Connect online?

(OK, it doesn't actually tell you which device by serial number, but only the model of device that recorded the activity.)

Unless you have (concurrently or serially) more than one Forerunner‑310XT registered against your Garmin Connect account, it should be doable.
