Hello Garmin community,
Just took delivery of the fine Edge 820. Works great, but I can't add device to Garmin Express. I can add my Forerunner 230 just fine. Any thoughts/solutions?. Thanks in advance.
Make sure that you connect it to the computer with the cable that came packaged with the device and that it is showing up as a drive on your PC or mounts correctly on the MAC.
