Hello!
New to these forums. I just got a Vivoactive last week. I used it Thursday for a run, and it worked just fine -- recorded my steps, sleep, and activity. I also used it Saturday for a run and it synced all weekend with no issues.
However, I went for a 5 mi run last night and although I can see it on my Vivoactive itself, I'm not able to see it in the app. My step count for yesterday is also off by almost 12,000 steps and it is showing no sleep activity at all. I am manually syncing it right now and this information is still not coming through, although my steps for today are updating.
Any idea how to fix this? Thanks!
