Garmin Express?

Hi, apologies if this is in the wrong place,

I have recently bought an Edge 25 and I absolutely love the thing, but I currently only have access to my work laptop which won't allow me to download express. Is there a way to transfer courses from connect without using Express? Only I noticed this morning that a course I created last night on Connect had appeared on my Edge after plugging it in to my Computer. I am currently sending FIT files to my edge using GPSies to convert GPX to FIT files which is ok but I would rather use my connect courses as I will be able to keep them all in one place. I hope this all makes sense.

Garmin Connect Mobile will also allow you to send courses to your device. Do you have a phone you can install it on?

Any courses in Garmin Connect show up in the Garmin Connect Mobile app and can be sent to your device over Bluetooth.
