So, Garmin knows all of this stuff about me, it knows when I wake up, my resting heart rate, when I exercise, what type of exercise I do, how hard I exercise, my weight, my height, when I'm idle, how far I walk, my trends for activity/sleep/rest, what and how much I consume, how many calories I'm burning and taking in, etc. etc.
At what point does Garmin start saying, "Oi fat boy, you've eaten an extra sandwich today, based on your data you'd better get an extra 10 miles on your bike before the weekend!"
Or am I asking too much?
